The good news is I started on a weight loss contest at work. First weigh-in was on January 6th and the contest goes for 3 months. Cash prizes for the winners!
Bad news is I haven’t done much yet to get into the swing liked I had hoped. I have exercised a couple of times in the morning, and yesterday we did go to the dog park and I actually ran up a very long hill. Holy cow am I out of shape! Haven’t breathed that hard in a long time. But I guess that’s good.
But I’m still eating more than I should and I’m not going to the grocery store myself, which is a big problem. There is never enough fruits and vegetables around that I might eat unless I shop for myself.
Next four days will be particularly tough because I’ll be eating out a lot. I’m going to try to be good.
