Pretty good start to the day, although I was a bit on the sluggish side this morning. Normal food intake this morning, granola bar and coffee, but I didn’t have anything planned for the rest of the day.My ideal world is that I have my meals planned beforehand, but in reality that only happens occasionally.
Lunch was PBJ and yogurt, another staple in my routine. I’m beginning to see a pattern here.
Dinner was brocolli beef over rice, and I’ve got some points left over. Too many to leave on the table, so I’ll need to do something about that.
