Over the last 4 week I had lost just over 13 pounds. This pace was not sustainable, and has not been through my entire weight loss. I knew this was going to be a hard week anyways with lots of drinking on Friday and Saturday so I was not expecting much this week, in fact I expected a gain. I got… nothing.

Exercise wise this week went well. I hit the gym 4 times and played hockey twice. My shoulder and Achilles have started to feel better and I actually lifted this morning. My shoulder is a little bit sore but it does not feel too bad. It was really nice to get back into the swing of things.
Food wise I did fine the whole week then had some drunk munchies on Friday night that made it a bad day. Saturday actually didnt turn out too badly calorie wise. Nutrition was clearly lacking when 80% of your calories are from alcohol but overall it was not that bad.
I fully expect to gain weight this week. Starting to lift weights again will most likely lead to excess water retention in my body and cause my weight to go up. I will try my best to eat like I normally would but expect the scale to not agree.
