Stringing 3 losses in a row feels great. I was actually slightly lighter on Saturday than I was this morning but I still had a great weekly weigh in.

Exercise went okay this week. I hit the gym 4 times for 90 min cardio secessions and I actually played hockey on Saturday night. Hockey went okay with the shoulder but not great. I realized in warm-ups that taking slap shots was a bad idea. I was sore after the game but not further injured. I am actually getting my Achilles checked out this afternoon by a doctor for an injury that has been around for about 5 weeks now.
Food wise I did great! I never went beyond my 1.6 pounds lost per week intake amount. Myfooddiary.com sets a intake that they want me to have based on my current weight and my goals, I try at minimum to meet that amount. Any calories less than what they say is just gravy.
All I need is 2.2 pounds this week to hit my goal. Hitting 215 by March 8th is going to be very possible. If I am at 215 or below on Sunday morning I plan on taking pictures to update my ones on my blog.
