It looks like my weight is moving in cycles recently. Two weeks sucking followed by a huge week. This week was not as big as the previous 7 pounder so hopefully I can follow it with another loss.
Last Monday’s Weight: 226.6 Pounds
Today’s Weight: 222.6 Pounds
Pounds Lost This Week: 4 Pounds
Estimated Weight loss per myfooddiary.com: 1.7 Pounds
Total weight loss: 93.4 Pounds
Exercise was different again this week. On Monday I went to the doctor and got told that I had injured my rotator cuff. It was not a tear and I was told that any cardio was fine. I was told no hockey for at least two weeks though. Lifting may have to wait a little longer. I have changed my morning workouts that I did Monday thru Friday this week to 90 min of cardio. I ran on Sunday for the first time since hurting my Achilles, it is sore after the run and I may have to wait a bit to push it more.
Food wise I did okay. I was able to keep most days in check but Monday and Saturday without working out were difficult. Not playing hockey is annoying because these morning workouts are boring.
I am not sure how this coming week will go. After a big loss the next week is always difficult. I am hoping for a small loss. Hitting 215 by March 8th is going to be a fight, but possible. I guess it is also nice to finally say that my weight is the lowest it has been since at least middle school. 225 was my high school low, other than that I do not know.

It’s might not be 7lbs, but 4lbs is pretty good.
Keep at it. I went from 189lbs to 180lbs this week and it has really motivated me to keep going.

Wow, 189-180 what the hell, that is crazy, but I guess if it was week one that is very possible. Weight always seems to fall off faster at the beginning.
