I tend to write these on Sunday night before my actual weigh in and usually do not have to change them too much. I went to be assuming I was going to have a loss this week since my Sunday weight was 223 and I did not cheat on Sunday, boy was I wrong.
This was by far not a typical week. I had many strange things happen but was still able to do a pretty good job. On Wednesday I had to deal with the aftermath of the 3rd largest snow storm in Chicago history. On Saturday night I tweaked my shoulder pretty bad and will be heading to the doctor today to make sure it is not anything major.
Last Monday’s Weight: 225.8 Pounds
Today’s Weight: 226.6
Pounds GAINED This Week: 0.8 Pounds
Estimated Weight loss per myfooddiary.com: 1.8 Pounds
Total weight loss: 89.4 Pounds
Wednesday and Sunday were slightly higher than I wanted due to the reasons above. I was able to bike and lift on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. I was also able to play hockey once this week. I would prefer to have worked out one more day but was unable to. I hope my shoulder isn’t too bad and I am able to get some workouts completed.
Food wise I was really happy to have survived two work lunches. Usually these lunches are enough to kill my calories for the day but I was able to keep them reasonable and not have them kill my day. I was complemented by a coworker for being able to avoid ordering a hamburger at a burger joint.
I am not sure how this coming week will go. I will know more after I speak with my doctor today, then possibly a specialist. Hopefully I just strained a muscle and will be cleared to push through it. Without a huge week soon hitting 215 by March 8th is not going to happen.

Hang tough buddy. Sorry to hear about the snow. Im in the Mid-Atlantic area and we just keep getting hit. It’s odd, i haven’t had to put up with the stuff you have this week, but I’ve had a similar week. Tried to keep everything the same, didn’t mess up eating, but plumked on a pound over the course of the week. i just gotta try to mix up the time at gym or something??
