Pulling in the reins and starting a new semester

It has been a little over a month since my last posting. By making some small strides i reigned in on my eating habits to more healthy choices and less junk ones high in fat and whatever else may be lurking in it which gave me a small boost of a 5 pound weight loss. I met up with another classmate who wants to hit the gym on campus so I’ve found me a gym buddy. Now to just get the right proportion of juggling work, school and gym.

You did not mention if you work also. If you are only a student, you have plenty of time. Trust me, I miss my college days (3 years ago) I had so much free time that I just spent drinking and gaming. Had I worked out for half the time I would have never gotten as heavy as I did. Now that I am out of school it is much more difficult to find the time.
