Christmas is evil. If I have noticed one thing during my weight loss it is that I have not developed control when bad food is put in front of me for large amounts of time. My family celebrates on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day therefore I got the double dip of evil.

Today’s Weight: 233.6
Pounds Lost This Week: 4.6 pounds

If you look at my chart I should have most likely not gained weight, or just slightly gained some. The problem is eating food that you didn’t make makes recording correct calories almost impossible, that is why the last three days of the week are really a rough guess. The thing is in order to actually gain 4.6 pounds I would need to exceed my burn by 16,100 calories! Sure I went over but nowhere close to this much . I fully expect my weight to start dropping off this week but who know what will happen when I go to Vegas this weekend. I actually usually drop a few pounds out there due to lack of sleep and eating.
Exercise wise this week was not horrible. I only played hockey twice which was a letdown, but I was able to run once, bike once and lift twice
I am obviously unhappy about the scale this morning but I am fully aware that I did not actually gain that much weight. I am carrying around a lot of extra food in my stomach right now so that is probably why my weight is up. Hopefully my weight starts to come back to normal, and even if this week ends badly, I will make sure to get back on track in the new year.
