A big hello to everyone here – it’s been a a looooong time since I stopped by (over a year perhaps even two years ago, I had been one of the bloggers for a little awhile way back when)
Decided to pop in with an update on my journey to getting healthy – I am a 1/2 lb away from goal! Lost so far 167.5 lbs. (started at 308, now 140.5) I will be discussing with my doctor at my next follow up visit about setting a new goal of 5 lbs under my original goal – so I can have a bit of “wiggle” room for those days when the scale flucuates for no reason. My cardiologist no longer needs to see me – I no longer have congestive heart failure and my blood pressure is normal (no longer taking medication), my arthritis pain is much less and manageable, and overall my health is great.
