I was RUNNIN’!

A few weeks ago, I started using the treadmill.  I wanted a change of pace and I needed to switch up my cardio a bit from the ARC Trainer.  I won’t lie, it sucked, but I stuck with it…

…this past week, I completed 15 miles on it…

…yesterday, I completed a mile in 10:13 minutes, which was a personal BEST…

…until today
