It’s kind of funny, I was ticked off at a 2 pound loss this week, but ecstatic about a 2 pound loss this week. I ate relatively well (barring a couple mishaps). I know what held me back from more was the lack of exercise. Not to say I didn’t intend to, I was just too damn sore. Building any resemblance of regularly working muscles has proven to be more painful than I thought it would be.
I’m hoping, and betting on my quadriceps not burning so badly once I get into the 3xWeek lifting, and the 4xWeek cardio. Here’s to hoping!
