		<description>Very interesting post. Fasting is a topic that is very controversial and one, I think, that is all about personal decisions based on individual body and emotional makeup. For some, it makes sense, helps break addictions to food, is healthy etc. For others, who use and need exercise to lose and maintain weight, it is a poor idea. Also, people who are overweight or unhealthy in large part due to sugar addiction and hypoglycemia are encouraged not to fast at all as it spikes blood sugar. I have fasted on and off for many years, it works for me and is part of my life. For others, not so much. Thanks.
