		<description>Sounds like your onto something with the surfshelf. Though I don&#039;t play games like World of Warcraft I would think that would be very difficult to do. Your probably burning extra calories with the multitasking and working the brain while your on the treadmill. Keep it up, glad to hear your back with the program.
I know the feeling with the clothes. With my last gain I had to buy a few more pairs of bigger pants, that really sucks. Another 5 pounds and I will put those away and back into my smaller ones. Hope to be putting them away for good. I never want to be 340 again. We&#039;ll see what happens.</description>

		<description>I built a similar shelf, works great.  I don&#039;t have a cable connection in the room with the treadmill but I am thinking about buying a Slingbox so I can watch TV from the laptop there.</description>
