I noticed that the WW scale showed you gained 1.6lbs... but what does the mirror tell you?

Do you do resistance training Charles? Because that could possibly be muscle mass, which is always a good thing.</description>

I recommend you work on your delivery as it comes across as condescending and arrogant rather than encouraging, which is what most of us try to do on this website.</description>

I suggest you stick to a cold bottle of water. Other than that, keep doing up Wii Fit. It&#039;s better than sitting on your behind playing Halo for 3 hours eh? ;)
