Hey Look! I accomplished something!
I went to WeightWatchers for the first time since Oct. 21… that’s FOUR calendar weeks between Weeks 87 & 88. Since I’ve been a very bad WeightWatcher; I was expecting ZERO Bravo Stickers (Jan gives those out for: Tracking everyday, Drinking all your water and working out for 20 minutes at least 5 days)… me? BUPKUS!
But Jan is a sweet one… she sent me a card telling me I was missed. She gave me a Bravo sticker for showing up.
I have a week off from going to Walla Walla for classes for Thanksgiving break, but I have plenty of homework to do. No promises, but I am going to work in a few workouts. My incentive? I’m coming up on my 2 year anniversary as a WeightWatcher, I have NEVER crossed back over a benchmark once I have achieved it… until now.

Starting Weight (Dec. 22, 2006): 392 lbs.
Starting BMI: 51.7
Last Weigh-In (Oct. 21, 2008): 285 lbs.
Weight Today (Nov. 18, 2008): 292.6 lbs.
Current BMI: 38.6

Congratulations on finding the motivation to get back thru that door. Stay strong and think thin!!
You can lose those pounds and a few more before years end, glad you back at it
Remember, it’s easy to fit in some quick bodyweight exercises wherever you happen to be! Sorry about the “Ack”, but watch the food, get some exercise in and it will go away again. You’ve come a long, long way!
