I guess I never tire of hearing myself make goals and then self-destruct in trying to reach them. I did okay as it could have been much worse considering the holiday weekend. Still, I made a lot of good choices, but they were overshadowed by exceptionally poor ones.
I still have a long way to go. Sweets are my downfall and, most likely, always will be. I just need to start taking more healthy foods to work so my snacking is less destructive. We did get a new delivery from our farmer’s co-op, so at least this week will involve healthier meals where possible.
I’m posting late due to putting away the fruits and veggies, cutting up some of the veggies from the previous delivery to freeze, and then dealing with an issue at work that involved dialing in to get it working again. Gonna go hit the hay in a few.
