The Weigh-In Week 47
219.8! That’s what it said on the scale this morning. A gain of 4.4 pounds.
No pictures this week. Not because I’m embarrassed. We just had a crazy morning and finding the camera ending up last on the priority list. Besides we all know what what 219 looks like.
If you really miss the white t-shirt head here for your weekly fix.
I officially started tracking calories again . So far it’s not as bad as I remember. I am hoping that going back to tracking will be the thing that jumps starts the third phase of my journey.
Could have done better on yesterdays eating.
You can find all the details here.
Here’s the short story.
Calories Eaten: 2411
Calories Burned: 3851

Have a great weekend everybody.

What an interesting concept! Keep up the good work with your weight loss. Remember it’s not just about living longer, it’s about living happier and healthier. People spend on average the last 15 years of their life in chronic de-habilitation, i.e. suffering. Your weight loss efforts will reduce this so you live stronger and longer.
Keep up the good work and feel free to visit my site for inspiration.

Tony, you have been such a tremendous inspiration to me and a number of people who have stopped by this blog.
I think that when ‘we’ report a gain, the natural response is to say things like, “look at how much you have lost, you’re doing great, just keep plugging along…” and hundreds of other bits of encouragement.
I don’t know about you, but I feel this tremendous feeling of disappointment in myself when I see a larger number on the scale than I had the last time. It is that feeling that I have NOT been able to explain to the person standing before me offering ‘encouragment’.
