    Hitting the gym is becoming such a habit for me that when I can’t get in some activity… I don’t feel right and I don’t sleep well.

    This is the season of multiple children being involved in multiple sports. Of course they are NEVER in the same part of town, so wedging in gym-time after work is difficult. Generally, I take The Boy to track practice and use the time to put in some laps. I generally get around 6 laps in during his practice.

    Also… I’m doing my part to help spur the economy by purchasing a bicycle with the stimulus check… when it arrives.

    Yowza! That’s awesome, John. That’s a huge milestone. How long ago was the last time you were under 300 pounds? Let me know when you get your bike. Are you getting a trail bike of some kind? Come on over to Watermelonville and we’ll do the river route together.
