The Weigh-In Week 45

by Tony on April 18, 2008

Not a good week. This was supposed to be a week to get things back on track. A transition week before I start my Triathlon training next week. Some how that didn’t happen. I’m not sure what happened this week.

I thought I was doing ok, but when I got on the scale on Wed. I was up 2 pounds and then everything spiraled out of control from there. I had to skip two days of work outs for work and ate out for lunch three times this week…then for some reason I compounded the problem by hitting the snack drawer at work.

So I am writting this week off and charging head long into the future without looking back.

I have set a new goal for myself. I am going to have a loss of 1 pound or more for the next three weeks. I need to get back on routine and I am hoping this simple goal will help.

I will be starting my triathlon training next week. Hopefully the change in work out routine will bring some new life back into my willingness to live well.

Have a great weekend everybody.

Tony, What’s happening? You’ve been doing so well. I am rooting for you.

Thanks Barry. I’ve let a lot of other things take precedent over my healthy living in the last few weeks. It is amazing to me how easy it is to slip into old habits even after so long.

This is shaping up to be another challenging week, but I am determined to make this the week I start getting back on track!

Tony, at one time in my life I lost 143 pounds in about 15 months. I would lose like 2 pounds a week for 3 or 4 weeks and then either plateau or gain a pound or two. Everytime I would I would just make some slight adjustments and charge forward

Good luck Tony!
