Fast weight loss usually includes losing muscle mass along with the fat. That&#039;s a recipe for regain later. Besides, everyone&#039;s body is different and will react a little differently to an exercise/eating routine. Some of us work hard for small losses each week. Others achieve larger losses with less effort.

Life&#039;s tough... but the reward for your hard work will be a better life!

		<description>You said it exactly. You are doing this thing they way it needs to be done. Slow and steady is also the best way to ensure long term success. Taking it off 1 to 2 pounds a week gives you a lot better chance of keeping it off for life.
