The Weigh-In Week 41

213! That is what it said on the scale this morning. A loss of .6 pounds.

Not a bad way to follow up last weeks big accomplishments. Now I just have to behave this weekend…or squeeze in some extra workouts and hopefully I can coast into vacation next weekend as a non-obese guy.

    Awesome job! One of the primary requirements behind successful healthy weight-loss is that you really REALLY have to want it and will do whatever is necessary to change YOUR life to do it. Your story proves this to be true.
