I think drinking more water is an excellent idea... but do not sweat the uncooperative scale. The fact that you were working out could have your muscles retaining some water.

I have to say, after a challenging workout, I am almost always higher on the scale. It&#039;s the water my sore muscles are hanging on to. Drink more and you&#039;ll shed it.

Trust your program, just keep doing what you know is right. The scale will not always show progress, so now is a good time to take some girth measures or find a tight pair of jeans you can use to see if you are losing inches when the scale does not move.

And if you don&#039;t believe me on how crazy a scale can get, go visit my blog and check out the daily graph on my weigh-in page. Talk about a roller coaster!</description>
