The Weigh-In: Week 39


216! That’s what it said on the scale this morning. A 3 pound loss!!!

It was another crazy, busy, stress filled week this week, but I managed to get things under control. I ate better than I have in 3 weeks and got in 5 really good workouts. And I was rewarded with another nice loss.

I am looking forward to a much calmer week next week, and hoping that I can finally get down to my goal of 214.

I am also running my first 5K a week from Saturday. I am pretty sure that I can complete the race. I have been doing 5ks on the treadmill for a few months now. So my new goal is to finish in under 30 mins. That is the other thing I will be working on this week.
