		<description>We&#039;re glad to have you on the team, Rev.  I think your story is very similar to many of the rest of us on here.  One thing that has helped here for me is the accountability factory.  When I&#039;m in WW (which I should be right now), and I have to post my weight each week, I don&#039;t want to fail.  Sounds weird maybe, but that&#039;s what&#039;s helped me in the past.  Looking forward to reading more posts in the future.</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve had a similar situation where every time I started up a workout routine, I&#039;d get hit with a gout attack because I&#039;m not drinking enough water.  I&#039;ve since gotten over the lack of water issue and have reduced the attacks.  Maybe by eating more fruits and veggies like Summer suggests in advance of working out, you might naturally fight off any illness and get further down the fitness road.</description>

I try to make sure I&#039;m eating well and drinking plenty of water. But the body needs to rest and recover. Fluids and fruits and veggies will only help. Right??? hehe
