		<description>Keep plugging away.  I wouldn&#039;t have thought a change in weigh-in day would make that big of a difference, but I&#039;ve recently found that it does.</description>

		<description>Just remember that you&#039;re also weighing in at a different time of day... by doing the evenings, you&#039;ve had the roller coaster day of meals instead of early morning when you&#039;ve only just broke your fast.  You&#039;ll tend to weigh more in the evenings than in the mornings.  I&#039;ve noticed that on my scale at home.  So just having a  0.2 is probably very good.  Don&#039;t let it get you down since you probably did lose, just the time of day affected the weigh-in.</description>
