In light of Thanksgiving , traveling, and another crazy week at work… I would rate this week as “not too bad”.

Starting Weight (Dec. 22, 2006): 392 lbs.
Starting BMI: 51.7
Weight Today (Nov. 29, 2007): 319.6 lbs.
Current BMI: 42.2 (almost 10 pts!)
Weight Change This Week: -1.0 lbs.
Total Weight Lost: -72.4 lbs.
NEXT GOAL: the 75 lb. magnet (2.6 lbs. to go)

Dude, that’s a great week for being Thanksgiving. The radio kicked out on my while I was on my way to Wally World for that wedding….just after Oregon blocked Serna’s field goal toward the end of regulation. I still need to read up on how the game ended.
Oh, and killer new layout.
A couple of other things:
1. This new layout doesn’t seem to be playing nicely with Ajax comments. I’ll see what’s going on.
2. That 5th string QB for Oregon has gotta be feeling pretty good about his future.
Re:1. That is why I like having you around as I play the ‘Mad Scientist’ here. I have no idea what an Ajax comment is. A comment that removes stubborn stains as well as commenter’s?
Re:2. Considering that he was the QB for Churchill HS until Friday… I think he is set for the next couple years. (for non-Oregonians… Churchill is the smallest of the Eugene area high schools… a smack on how deep Bellotti is going for a space filler)
3. Do I have to ‘live with’ the teal button in the Meta section? So far, I haven’t found where that thing is coming from. At the very least, I want to change its color. Same goes for the color of the Akismet button.
Way to go John! I second Rick. Any loss the week after Thanksgiving is a huge loss!
This new look is going to take some getting used to to, but nice job pushing us toward the future!
