Weigh-In: Week 45

It has been 2 weeks since I last weighed in at WeightWatchers. I had an In-Service training at work last Thursday that, well, they paid me overtime for… what are you going to do?

Also, over the last 2 weeks, I’ve had a pretty difficult time staying on track.

  • Poor choices at ‘food events’
  • Stress induced eating
  • Technical problems with WeightWatchers On-The-Go. They might do better if they weren’t using 1997 technology.
  • I never did very well with the paper trackers, so losing my PDA tracker allowed me to fall off the wagon as well.
  • I know that at one point i was up over 10 lbs. from my last weigh-in.  eeeek!

I was certain that I was not going to step on the scale this morning and have to give back 10 paper clips! I spent 3 sessions at the gym with an equal amount of sauna time and …

Anton… A drum roll if you please…

I probably didn’t help you out much at one of the food events. Next time we’re at GP, we should probably try a wrap or something.

Still, though, you’re over 70 lbs lost all together. That’s a lot to celebrate, so don’t lose sight of that one.

Be proud man, everyone has a bad week every now and then. 1.6 pounds is not a bad gain. Your still over 70 pounds lighter than you were when you started. Hold your head high. Use that weigh in for motivation when you are feeling tempted this week. Love the Fat Bloggers, you guys (and gal) rock!
