The Weigh-In Week 19
225.4! That’s what it said on the scale this morning. A loss of 1.8 lbs. and week 4 of the new “streak”.
This one was another pleasant surprise.
While I was on vacation last weekend I had two of the highest calorie days I have had since I started tracking calories. The rest of the week saw some of the lowest calorie days I have had in a long time. I uped the workouts this week as well. I even ran twice on vacation and did some strength training. Good dedication right?
I wasn’t sure if all the hard work was enough to offset the vacation feasting but it looks like exercise won out over excess… at least for this week. I am not planing on testing the exercise vs. excess threshold on a regular basis.
Now if we can just get some dry weather around here so I can stop running in the rain.
