		<description>I think that you will find that you have not really gained at all, you look thinner to me even from last time. You have the right perspective regarding changing habits. I had a cupcake last night. I really, really wanted one. Actually they were the teeny ones and I had two, so I had one. If I say, &quot;That&#039;s it, no more cupcakes, chocolate, etc, ever!&quot; I am doomed to failure because no one can live that way forever. Moderation. That&#039;s the key.</description>
