I believe that all of us FatBloggers used every excuse in the book (I know I did) to maintain our lard filled a$$es. It isn't until the benefits of getting up off said a$$es and moving outweighs the risks. Science hasn't developed a pill yet that will do that. I find it interesting that they won't list the ingredients so people can see if they are allergic to anything or take it to a Dr to see if they can take it without interfearing with there current medicines. I would like to also comment about the fact that many overweight don't order so called miracle products so they don't have to do any exercise or put effort into it. They do it because they have back injuries that don't allow them to exercise (I myself have 4 back 1 neck 1 head, 1 hip & non-working thyroid). People take freedom of speach too far especially when they do not know all the circumstances that surround the situation. There are many other factors that can keep people from exercising so don't be so quick to judge why people order things.
