Weigh-In Week 10
242.4! That’s what it said on the scale this morning. A loss of 3 lbs. exactly. That makes ten straight weeks of losses.
Like John, this was a bit of a suprise week for me. I had a big loss last week so I assumed I have a small loss or no loss this week. Again I was plesently suprised when I stepped on the scale.
No picture this week. Sorry. I am on vacation on a strange computer and I can’t get the picture to post right.

Help! I am very interested in joining fatbloggers but it looks like everone has an 8 month head start and I have no website to blog from. I am 50 years old and I need to lose over 100 lbs. Can you please advise me how I can get started or refer me to other resources?

Larry, your email wasn’t valid, so I will send the message this way,
I appreciate your position, while I have, as you put it, an 8 month head start, I still have over 100 lbs to go to get to where I want to be. So the #1 piece of advice… don’t put it off any longer. If you start TODAY, you will be better off than if you hadn’t started at all. Advice #2: go to http://www.weightwatchers.com and find a meeting in your area. Speaking as someone who dilly dallied with WW for over a year, its a waste of money if you aren’t willing to commit to the program 100%.
Finally, it is our policy here at FatBloggers.net to only invite members who have demonstrated blog writing experience. It is VERY simple to start your own blog. You can go to wordpress.com or blogspot.com and set a basic blog and be writing inside of 10 minutes.
