Weigh-In Week 9

245.4!!!! That’s what it said on the scale this morning. That’s a loss of 4.8 lbs.

I am finally under 250! I can’t tell you the last time I weighed less than 250. I know for sure that I have been over 250 since 2003 and probably back even further than that.

This was a strange week for me. I injured my leg playing softball and was unable to exercise. I figured I was going to have my first gain. As you can imagine I’m plesently suprised.

I am so glad for you! Even with an injury you lost weight, that is something, that says that you are really on a metabolic ride that will keep you burning. I hope that you feel well soon and get back to exercising. Congrats on getting below 250 and you are well below it too! I just hit one of those milestones today too and it did feel good.
