Tale of the Scale - Week 32

It’s been a tough week, as I posted here.

So I guess… it could have been worse.

This week, on the journey to become half the man I used to be, we find ourselves right here in my own backyard… literally.Oregon State Route 335 runs a whopping 9.79 miles from the town of Helix, Oregon to its junction with State Highway 11 which runs between Pendleton and the Washington border just south of Walla Walla.

Now, the tale of the scale.

Anton, a drum roll please…

Starting Weight (Dec. 22, 2006): 392 lbs.
Starting BMI: 51.7
Weight Today (August 9, 2007): 335.8 lbs.
Current BMI: 44.3

Weight Change This Week: +2.6 lbs.
Total Loss: -56.2 lbs.
NEXT Goal: Lose 25 lbs. by Labor Day (5.8 lbs to go!)

Wow, that highway has it’s own Wikipedia page and everything. And to think I traversed that road for 12 years of my life.

You’re doing awesome. You’re going to make your Labor Day goal, even though it’s tough right now. That schedule at work has you down, but you can do it. Just keep the big picture in mind.
