Another great week for me. I lost 4 pounds which puts me at 265. The past three weeks have me on an incredible high, but I am starting to dread the plateau that I am sure is right around the corner.
This is the first time in the past 10 years that I have managed to keep up with eating healthy and exercising at the same time. I hope that by continuing the combination I can stave off the plateau for a while longer.
Have a great weekend everybody.
Tony

Tony, I have those up and down weeks all the time. And most of the time, I don’t do anything different from week to week. One week, it’s 5 pounds. The next week, it’s less than one. What really helps me is to keep track of my average weekly loss, in addition to my total pounds lost. Keep up the great work!
Awesome and congrats Tony! Enjoy the good weeks, and don’t fret the plataeu ones. Rick has the right attitude, as long as the scale is moving on “average” in the right direction. For grilling out I like Hebrew National’s 97% fat free hot dogs (only 45 calories each) – they don’t need too much cooking time so just a quick toss on the grill, but they are very, very yummy.
