Week 26 – BOOM Baby!

Half the ManTwo weeks ago, I made the 10% benchmark.

Last week was a little lackluster.

This week… I kicked it in the butt!

Anton, a drum roll please…

Starting Weight (Dec. 22, 2006) – 392 lbs.
Weight Today (June 21, 2007) – 342.6 lbs.

Weight Lost This Week – 8.4 lbs.
Total Loss – 49.4 lbs.
NEXT Goal – 330 lbs. by Labor Day
(12.6 lbs to go!)

  2. Dude…Hope you left enough points for a pint at the GP tonight. My treat. I hear there’s a good band playing. That’s a frickin’ awesome week.

  3. Summer – I did three things. 1. I left at least 10 points on the table each night (I am allowed the MAXIMUM of 44). 2. Even though WW allows, I avoided ‘non-diet’ foods (i.e. ice cream, beer, my daughters’ birthday cake). 3. I hit the gym like a MADMAN. 45 minutes of cardio 4x and pumping iron 3x.

    Rick – I ALWAYS have room for a pint & a band at the GP.
