		<description>Maybe it&#039;s my nature, but I&#039;ve always been skeptical of the &quot;established&quot; weight-loss plans.  It seems like business that make money on people trying to lose weight ultimately beinfit most of those people get fat again, so they can buy more of their product.  After all, corporations are required by law to do whatever possible to increase share value.  Given that logic, a diet that &quot;works to lose weight, but doesn&#039;t work to keep weight off in a maintenance phase&quot; sounds like the most profitible to me.  

Ok, that&#039;s pretty cynical, I know.</description>
