Week 11

Drum roll please, Anton…I’m down another 1.4 pounds for a total of 39.2 pounds lost since March 6.  A lower week was to be expected; there seems to be a two-week pattern like that for me.

Just as significantly, I began my Couch-to-5k program tonight.  The idea is to get you off the couch and running a 5k in 9 weeks.  Big ups to Bama for turning me on to this.  My next goal is to run the Caledonian Games 5k the second week of July.  I’ll just be able to finish up the program by that date.  And who knows; I may even try my hand at the caber toss if I’m feeling especially good that day.

    Good luck!

I never got around to signing up for one of those 5K’s. I need to do that someday.
