Weekend check-in
Hadn’t posted much in the last few days, so I just thought I’d check in real quick. I had a class Friday evening and most of the day Saturday, so I definitely had to do some planning ahead to accommodate eating during that time. Saturday at noon, my classmates went to a restaurant for lunch, and I politely declined because I was unsure that the fare would be able to fit into my WW plan. That’s my biggest hang-up with this so far: Eating in social settings with non-weight loss people. I did, however, have some nice grilled salmon at fellow FatBlogger John’s house Saturday evening.
I think I’ve only walked once since my weigh-in last Tuesday. I need to get some of that done tonight and tomorrow night. For some strange reason, I keep thinking I’m going to have a zero loss week when I weigh in this week. I’m ok with it, and I even anticipate it at some point, knowing that we all plateau at different times. Maybe I’m more conscientious of exercising these days because of that fact. We’ll see how it goes.
