Take a look at the graph below. Notice anything unusual? For the past several weeks, I’ve been losing a lot of weight one week, but then just a little the next week. If I graphed my weight loss every two weeks, it would come out quite a bit more evenly.
We’ll see if this trend holds true this next week. If so, I should be down another 1-2 pounds. I’m not worried about it, it’s just interesting to see a trend like that.

I’ve noticed on lose more pounds on weeks when I allow myself a cheat day (several donuts, half a pizza, etc.). Ever notice the same thing?
