My Confession
Forgive me, bloggers, for I have binged. It has been two weeks since my last exercise, and I have basically ignored all common sense when it comes to eating right.
I don’t know. Maybe this is normal? Does everybody fall off the boat for a little while here and there? A couple of weeks ago, I was at 234.5, now I’m back up to 240. I stopped weighing for a couple of days simply because I didn’t want to see the inevitable bad results. I’ve got to pull my head out of the sand, though, and get back on it.
For penance, I’ll walk for twenty minutes three times this week and say 20 “low fatters”.

I have been on a somewhat forced diet due to my upcoming weight loss surgery, but I have to admit that I have had my moments of backsliding, if you will. I think that it is normal, however, I have found that when I do that, I feel the need to get out and walk my behind even more for that little lapse.

I think it’s normal to one degree or another. The worse thing you can do with it is to just give in and throw in the towel. You can’t change that cheeseburger last week, but you can change how much you walk next week.

I agree with Rick. You need to not let your guilty conscious get the best of you. You’re in this for the long haul so pick up where you left off and get back into it. If you start feeling like you’ve failed, it’s more likely that you will. Good luck
