Lose Fat, not Faith

This guy takes over 6 minutes to say what could probably be said in 2, but this is quite an impressive video.  If nothing else, it shows what is possible, even for fat guys like us.  Sixty-five pounds lost, waist size from 44 to 32.  Way to go, dude.
