Big Fat Deal is reporting a recent story on how much diet plans cost.  The most expensive?  The Zone diet, at about $140 a pound.  The least expensive?  Our very own Weight Watchers, at about $7 a pound, plus the food that you buy.  (You’d have to buy food anyway, so I’m not sure why they include it into the cost here.) 

I would even go a little farther and argue that doing WW might actually SAVE you a few bucks.  Especially if you’re not hitting the fast food circuit every day, going through a gallon of ice cream every night, etc… However, I am drinking more juice instead of soda, so perhaps that balances things out a little.
