Portion sizes
Claire Sundstrom at Diet Blog has an interesting post about why we serve such large portions of food in our country. Even more interesting is some of the perspectives that are being shared in the comments. Weight Watchers has really caused me to think differently about the amount of food that goes into me on a regular basis. I’m gradually becoming more satisfied with smaller amounts. And that’s a good thing.
