Total lost - 20.0 lbs.

 Now I need to conquer my weekends…….

    That’s awesome, Doug. I’ve found that when I don’t have a plan going in to the weekend, I find things to eat that I probably shouldn’t. Thursday evenings, try stocking up on some things at the store that will help you get through those tough places in the weekend: Granola bars, yogurt, etc…

    Great job on the weight loss.
